where do you find all your vintage settings/props? and what kind of camera do you use?

I search high and low. ;)
I go to thrift stores for props.

I just keep my eyes open...always....for locations.
That's the hardest part about my photography.

Oh...and up until a week ago I'd been using a Canon 20D.
I just bought a 50D though.

yeah, i can't wait to get out of school and have money so i can do the same :) that is what i truely love about your style, it is so legitimately retro

do you keep your camera on you at all times? i need to because i always see awesome shots riding in a car but i am scared to because i worry that i will break it haha

Ugh, I don't! And I'm the same way you are - I'm always scared I'll break it or drop it or something. I'm trying to break that habit though - because, like you, it seems like I always spot the perfect photo opportunity when I DON'T have my camera! Lame.
